Sometimes when people degrade the department for how we're treated, I read DekalbOfficersSpeak and realize we have it pretty good, but still with room to improve. I truly feel bad for DeKalb officers and their citizens.
Can anyone explain the citizen review board (even though it is supposedly not) that Lisa Stupid is implementing?
Has anyone gotten exceeds on their evaluation this year. I guess at the precinct level its next to impossible! Five examples per rating category, sounds like an open records request may be in the works!!!!
Interesting viewing. "Killing Them Safely" OnDemand Xfinity. Documentary on Taser. The "Left" is trying to demonize all of our tools. Also check out a product called ThorShield. Reportedly protects against Tasers and other electronic devices.

Any update on the results of the pay study? Has the county received the recommendations?
