Pay study released

The Archer Company pay study document has been posted on the FOP Lodge 13 web page.  A link to the FOP's site, www.foplodge13.org, has been added to this blog's home page.  There's no guarantee that the pay study will or will not be adopted by the county.  Still a lot of unanswered questions, but at least now you can see the study for yourself.
